Adelya’s journey, like all others, started with an idea – to create jewellery for her friends and family; individual pieces created with love and passion.
Inspired by the mystique and architecture of the Orient, and charged with the aura of mystery and exoticism that surrounds it, Adelya started making her first pieces of jewellery in 2010. Her architectural background quickly set Adelya’s work apart, allowing her to pay particular attention to aesthetics and create truly dazzling works of art.
“Growing up in cities such as Samarkand and Dubai helped me appreciate the rich cultures of those regions and understand more about the evolution of architecture,” says Adelya. “I decided to create jewellery with similar design elements as a way of bringing sculptural appreciation to a smaller, more accessible level.”
Reflecting the rich colours and intricate style of the Orient and Adelya’s own architectural flair, her jewellery designs transport the wearer to a land of fantasy.
Individual pieces of jewellery that stand out in their colours and designs have graced the pages of some of the world’s most iconic mastheads, including Vogue, Tatler, Elle, Grazia and Harper’s Bazaar.
